You can make questionnaires with Microsoft Word. With several easy operations, you can make sheets processed automatically in a minute. All you have to do is to lay out pictures of a form, such as a checkbox and a character box.

• You can use ordinary Word files.
  There are quite a few new operations you have to learn. Everyone that uses Microsoft Word on a routine basis can make a sheet easily.
  AltPaper is compatible with most types of questions.

Unlike traditional OCR / OMR systems, AltPaper does not require you to learn how to use dedicated software or to undertake troublesome configurations.　If you can use Microsoft Word, you can easily make up sheets for questionnaires processed automatically.

Here is an introduction of the way to make a multiple choice question, for example.

2. Next, click [Options]  in the left [Format] window.

3. Then you will be able to design options and questions, automatically predicting the sentences to pick up for the questions. (Image 1)

You can make various types of questions, such as single answer questions and multiple answer questions. Furthermore, you can lay out marks freely- vertically, horizontally, or in a grid pattern, and so on. With little modification of the formats and the layout, you can adjust ordinary sheets of questionnaires for automatic processing.
In addition to marks, you can use various forms, such as free answer forms and alphanumeric forms.。
When you print out the sheets, your computer needs to be connected to the Internet.
